Features:

1.  Physical properties: Polypropylene is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless white high crystallinity of the polymer, the density is only 0.90-0.91g / m, is the lightest of all varieties of plastic.
2. Mechanical properties: resistance to bending fatigue.
3. Tthermal performance: PP has good heat resistance, melting point at 164-170 ℃, 100 ℃ for products in the temperature sterilization, without external forces, 150 ℃ is not deformed. Embrittlement temperature of -35 ℃, below -35 ℃ embrittlement occurs, cold resistance than polyethylene;
4. Electrical properties: high frequency polypropylene insulation performance, because it is almost non-absorbent, so the insulation from humidity and it has a higher dielectric constant and temperature increases, heat can be used to make electrical insulation products, it is also very high breakdown voltage, suitable for electrical accessories, anti-voltage, arc resistance is good, but the static and high copper contacts is easy with aging;
5. Weather resistance: very sensitive to UV polypropylene, adding zinc oxide, thio Dilauroyl acid ester, carbon black or similar white fillers can improve its anti-aging properties.
